アヤネのパスポートが送られてきました。日本のパスポートは出生届に載るのが２，３ヶ月かかるのでもう少し後になりそうです。クリスに渡されてアヤネの顔写真が載っているパスポートを見た時は、イェーイ！！アヤネやったじゃない！って思ったんですけれど、アメリカのパスポートだ！うちの子の顔写真がちゃんとアメリカのパスポートに載ってる！やっぱり大きくなったらアメリカ人になっちゃうんだろうなー。今は半分アメリカ人、半分日本人だけど。彼女のチョイスですけど。やっぱり変な感じ。アメリカにずっと住むのだろうから日本での暮らしがどんなであるか知るチャンスがなきゃやっぱりアメリカ人になることを取るんじゃないかなって思っちゃう。まだちゃんとこの事については考えていません。ママの大好きなアメリカ人であるパパクリスと日本人のママから生まれたアヤネだから！って考えるとこんな事はなんとも変でなく反対にまきばママは嬉しくなってしまいます。８月に日本に行きます。
Ayane's US passport we applied is here now. I will get her Japanese passport later because I had to report her birth first and that has to be on the record then requesting passport. It takes a while. I was happy first when Chris show it to me and saw my baby's face on the passport, but next I thought this is an American passport! I knew it but she is like half American and half Japanese. Well, it will be her choice but I felt strange anyway. I thought probably she will take US citizenship because probably we don't live in Japan and she might not know anything about Japan or life as a Japanese. I am not thinking about this too much yet. Ayane is my half and another half of Chris who I love. This fact makes me happy already anyway.
